2. the Regulatory agencies and facilities responsible for health and product licensing, inspection, and certification, ai quali l’azienda agroalimentare esportatrice dovrà rapportarsi;
3. the Mandatory and voluntary standards on nutrition, environmental and health information, che l’esportatore deve conoscere;
4. the Definition of agricultural enterprise for VAT purposes and its distinction from the other types Of enterprises operating in the agribusiness sector;
5. the Special VAT regime and other VAT rules applicable to agricultural enterprises and their impact on transnational operations;
6. the excise system dovute sul vino e sulle altre bevande alcoliche e le modalità di liquidazione delle accise nelle operazioni di vendita intra-comunitaria di tali beni.
