"It was a prestigious occasion that allowed me to weave relationships and meet the highest officials, from President Macron, whom I invited to the WUWM in Rimini, to the mayor of Paris, Anne Hidalgo, and many sector operators. I return with the knowledge that transalpine hold in high regard the role of wholesale fruit and vegetable markets for the entire supply chain, while in Italy there is still work to be done on this front."

I will strive to continue in the wake of what we have done in the first years since the establishment of the Network, focusing on collaborations among our centers and with the region in the internationalization process. I will put just as much effort into putting issues under the lens, starting with a nodal aspect such as distribution, bringing out the potential of our facilities such as the short supply chain. The organization of the WUWM in Rimini will be a very important showcase both for the export of our products and for the whole territory."
