The National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRP) is developed in full coherence with the NextGenerationEU, a program that includes investments and reforms to accelerate the green and digital transition, improve worker training, and achieve greater gender, territorial and generational equity.

Obligations for Caar:

• Ensuring compliance with the communication and information requirements of Article 34 of Regulation (EU) 2021/241 by indicating in documentation of any kind, including administrative-accounting documentation, and on site signage that the project is funded under the NRP, with explicit reference to funding by the European Union and the Next Generation EU initiative (e.g. using the phrase "Funded by the European Union - Next Generation EU"), displaying the European Union emblem, and providing adequate dissemination and promotion of the project, including online, both web and social, in line with the provisions of the NRP Communication Strategy;
• In connection with the above, to make evident on a page of the institutional website of the Beneficiary Entity all administrative and technical information related to the funded project, expressly mentioning the phrase: "Funded by the European Union - Next Generation EU," accompanied by the emblem of the European Union;
