- the customs procedures and formalities for The export of agri-food products, with special reference to the Customs classification of products and at origin Of the same;
- the Regulatory agencies and facilities responsible for health and product licensing, inspection, and certification, to which the exporting agribusiness will have to relate;
- the Mandatory and voluntary standards on nutrition, environmental and health information, which the exporter needs to know;
- the Definition of agricultural enterprise for VAT purposes and its distinction from the other types Of enterprises operating in the agribusiness sector;
- the Special VAT regime and other VAT rules applicable to agricultural enterprises and their impact on transnational operations;
- the excise system due on wine and other alcoholic beverages and the manner of settlement of excise taxes in intra-Community sales transactions of such goods.
